These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants in both the Live Edition (in-person) and Camera Edition (online) of the PRESENT Like a PRO program.

1. Booking & Payment
Your place is confirmed once full payment is received or a payment plan is started.
• Live Edition: Tickets are non-refundable. Transfers allowed up to 5 business days before the event.
• Camera Edition: No refunds. Transfers allowed up to 3 business days before the start date.

2. Inclusions
• Live Edition: Includes a one-day workshop, workbook, refreshments, lunch, and coaching.
• Camera Edition: Includes four live online sessions, group support, and weekly video-based assignments.

3. Participation & Conduct
Active participation and respectful behaviour are required in both editions. Disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.

4. Video Submission Requirement (Camera Edition)
Submitting your weekly video-based homework via the platform or group provided is mandatory and a condition of enrolment.

5. Media Consent (Both Editions)
By registering, you consent to your video submissions, photos, or participation being used for educational and promotional purposes by Bauling Enterprises and Sarah Bauling.

6. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of other participants throughout the program.

7. No Guaranteed Results
While strategies and tools are proven, your results depend on your own effort. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, methods, and content remain the property of Bauling Enterprises and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced.

9. Non-Payment & Legal Fees
All payment plans must be honoured. Missed payments may result in cancellation and recovery action. Legal or collection costs will be payable by the participant.

10. Privacy
Your details will only be used for program communication and future offers from Bauling Enterprises. We respect your privacy and never share data externally.
